My, Oh My!
What a week it's been!! I can't believe it's already been seven days on this juicing cleanse.Last Friday was an absolutely treacherous!
I was craving everythingggg.
Tacos. Hamburgers. Hotdogs. Ravioli. Cookies. Taco Cabana.
Pretty much anything and everything that I don't normally crave on an everyday basis.
But I'm happy to report, I was a good girl!
Have I completely 100% juiced everything that's gone into my mouth?
I tried, and it was rather depressing. In fact I found myself more likely to give up if I did that.
Have I been extremely conscious in the food I have eaten?
Yes!
Have I made mistakes?
Absolutely.
2x a day I drink fresh juice that I've made from fruits & veggies...
anything ranging from apples, pears, cucumbers, carrots, ginger, kale, beets, etc.
1x a day I'll have some focaccia bread w/ hummus and avocado.
And if I can't take anymore juice, I'll have salmon with some salad or something.
Proud?
I am. 80% of greatness is better than 75% of failure on such a strict regimen.
Not going to weigh myself this week, but I can tell you that I can already start to see a difference in my shoulders, waist, clavicle area, ankles and calves. My body doesn't seem so swollen so I'm going to continue on this path.
Success is right around the corner.
