Happy Tuesday, my lovelies.
It's been a while, wouldn't you say? And where has the summer gone?
Last week I went MIA from the blogosphere for a number of reasons:
- I was busy finishing my last week with my internship at Michaels headquarters.
- We had one of our Switzerland friends staying with us for the week
- And I was preparing for my graduation on Saturday!

You may have noticed my blog design has changed.
It's simple. There's no header. The background no longer has chandeliers. And maybe it's missing that je nais se pais.
There may be a reason for all this simplicity! Allow me to introduce a sneak peak into the new blog design coming soon by Emily Finta. Emily has been a joy to work with! She is very patient with me and brings to life the ideas that I have but don't really know how to convey.

I'm 23 years old and as of about 3 days ago, I'm a college graduate! In fact, Saturday I received my Bachelor of Science in Merchandising (Minor in Business Foundations). This past summer I completed a 10 week internship at the corporate headquarters of Michaels Stores, Inc. One day soon I hope to be a buyer, and some day in the distant future I want to be a Vice President of Merchandising.
I have 3 roommates, seven if you count the 4 canines. One of my roommates and I share a birthday, and this year we decided to throw a "Jersey Shore" party. We're kind of obsessed, and yes...we've looked into treatment. The only cure was more Ron Ron Juice ;)
I have two little puppy dogs. Winston is a rescue dog that I adopted two years ago when he was just 6 weeks old. Pepper is 10yrs and has the most personality for such a small creature. These two are my babes.
The only other thing you need to really know about me is that I'm one of the most ridiculous people you will ever meet, and I love to make fun of myself. The post I wrote called "Why Being Materialistic Is An Endearing Quality" is a good example of how ridiculous I am.

You said you are from Texas with a Bachelors in Merchandising and minor in Business Foundations, and I was wondering if you by chance went to UNT? I graduated from there a year ago with the exact same degree. Anyway, just thought I'd ask and say hi!
