Good afternoon, all my lovelies!

It's a Monday...
So, if you're anything like me you've been dragging all day.
How was your weekend?

Mine was just fabulous.
I got to see my best friend while she was in town briefly,
I went to my parent's lakehouse in east Texas,
I got to see my mum and pop,
watched the meteor shower and best of all...
the Texans are now 6 & 1! 

(BULLS ON PARADE!! WHOOO)

But anyways...
that's not what I wanted to talk about today here on the blog.

The other day, my girl Aunie @ Aunie Sauce
posted about her "date night ensemble"
which basically just consists of her being casual...because that's her. 
She would be gorgeous in any sort of ensemble but what everyone and anyone who knows Aunie can allude to is that she's happy.
And happy girls are the prettiest.

Just the other day, one of my friends Gabby posted a picture on Instagram and I told her
"Happy girls are prettiest!"
Because it's true!
Gabs has always been beautiful, and I've only ever known her to be in good spirits,
But I tell you what....
Lately this girl has been glowing!
You see, this past year Gabby found the love of her life,
got married and moved to the other side of the world in Germany with her army man & puppy dogs.

In today's world where there are so many things that could make us:
Sad
Mad
Frustrated
Or Angry

Why not be different? 

Choose joy instead.
